Asal Şirketler Grubu, established in 1966 by Hüseyin Avni Asal in Samsun, has grown into a diverse conglomerate with a 55-year legacy. The group operates across multiple sectors, including automotive, tourism, construction, sports footwear and textiles, cable and conductors, fuel, and insurance. Since 1973, Asal has expanded its commercial activities to Ankara, and from 2019, the group has extended its reach to international markets. This multi-industry approach and geographical expansion reflect Asal's commitment to growth and adaptability in the ever-changing global business landscape.

Summary

Our initial work began with focusing on providing strategic support and consulting to optimize their diverse business portfolio and guide their international expansion. The project aimed to develop a cohesive strategy that would leverage synergies across Asal's various sectors while positioning the group for sustainable growth in new markets. Our team was tasked with analyzing the group's operations, identifying opportunities for optimization, and crafting strategic recommendations to enhance overall performance and competitiveness.
